Who in the world has the answers?

From a reasonable count, there are 41,000 Christian denominations in the U.S.  There are almost as many seminaries as denominations.  Can they all be right?  Will all those professors come to the same conclusions about the Word of God, or will confusion continue to plague believers?  Then there are the congregants or “lay” people who depend on teaching from the Word of God to determine and live by a Code of Conduct.  Some religious organizations focus on different points of scripture while others claim to accept it all yet fail to follow portions of it.

What The Layman’s View is about, is not at all the result of “a” professor or denomination, but rather independent study free from commentaries or traditional thought.  If what was found fits tradition, fine, but if discoveries go against tradition, I pledged to change my mind.  So, the idea of finding original intent became the focus. Oh yes, I walked away from the church where I was raised but did not quit God.

This journey began with being a lay speaker at a small church and developed into a local Sunday morning radio program.  Now the vision is to use these printed messages and radio programs to begin a new paradigm of Christian fellowship and service.  Keep listening and reading for a new way of living love and truth.

The Layman's View airs on KWFS, Wichita Falls, TX - 1290 AM and KTJS, Holbert, OK - 1420 AM

Both programs air at 9:00am(CST) Sundays
